Playa wins a competition for apartment tower in Nihti, Helsinki.
Nihti island is old harbour area and is a part of a bigger urban renewal of the old harbour areas in downtown Helsinki.
The competition was organized by Hausia Oy and the City of Helsinki in cooperation with the Finnish Association of Architects (SAFA).
