Project consists of new apartments, commercial space and offices around the Heikkilänaukio square in Vattuniemi area in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. The project is part of a bigger redevelopment of the whole area, including new traffic planning and the complete makeover of the Heikkilänaukio square.
