The project comprises two apartment buildings in the new residential area of Nihti island. Nihti island is old harbour area and is a part of a bigger urban renewal of old Helsinki downtown harbour areas.
The two buildings form a whole that consists of a six storey high brick clad pedestal with a metal clad tower on top of it. The tower is sixteen storeys high and the varying metal cladding is reminiscent of the site's history as a container port.
The slender tower contains just two spacious apartments per floor with extensive views to the sea and the city centre.
