"Parkhouse" is a 9-storey apartment building that borders the new Kruunuvuorenranta neighbourhood's central park.

The building is shaped and terraced to minimize the shadow it casts on the park and to maximize long uninterrupted views to the park and the sea from the apartments.
The apartments have multiple and varying outdoor spaces: rooftop terraces and glazed balconies. Common spaces are grouped around a big rooftop terrace on the third floor.
